Faith Formation Registration

Registration for our Faith Formation and Sacramental Preparation classes is now open. If you have any questions, please contact paff@stjohnvancouver.org or call (360) 360-2468.


Faith Formation-Children in grades K-5 who would like to continue to grow in their faith and who would like to learn how to apply our beautiful Catholic faith to everyday family life, or who will need to begin the first year of their preparation for First Communion. First Communion Preparation-Children who attended last year and will be preparing to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Communion. This is only for those who attended Faith Formation last year. Click here to view the registration form.


Youth Sacramental Prep Group A-Children in grades 6th-11th who have not received their First Communion and need to begin their first year of preparation. Click here to view the registration form.


Youth Sacramental Prep Group B-Children who attended one year and are continuing their sacramental preparation who are in grades 7th-12th. Click here to view the registration form.


Youth Group-All youth in 6th-12th grade who would like to participate in our youth activities or who will begin the first year of their preparation for Confirmation. Click here to view the registration form.


Confirmation Preparation-Youth 12yrs and older who would like to prepare to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation and have been receiving Faith Formation in the past year. Click here to view the registration form.
